Narayan Bhargava
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Narayan Bhargava is a first-generation entrepreneur, visionary, philanthropist, and serial investor who has led the Narayan Bhargava Group since its inception in 1979. A distinguished alumnus of Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, and a Chartered and Cost Accountant, Mr. Bhargava founded Shell Computers in 1991, which grew into Shell Transource, one of India’s largest BPOs with over 4,500 employees before its sale in 2010.
A pioneer in India’s BPO industry, Mr. Bhargava has been instrumental in shaping the country’s outsourcing and staffing landscape. He serves on the Board of the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and holds positions on the Managing Committee of the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) and as Director of Belapur Railway Station Commercial Company (BRSCCL). His leadership has been recognized through honors such as the Golden Globe Tigers Hall of Fame Award (2017) and the Navi Mumbai Icon Award (2019).
Guided by the philosophy of trusteeship, Mr. Bhargava institutionalized his social vision through the Narayan Bhargava Foundation, focusing on long-term educational & skilling support that empowers communities to break free from poverty and social barriers. His enduring belief in education as a transformative force continues to shape both his philanthropic initiatives and the legacy of the Narayan Bhargava Group in fostering sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.
Under his guidance, the group expanded nationally and gained recognition as a trusted partner for business growth. The group has earned national recognition for delivering integrated business solutions in audit & assurance, staffing, contact centres, compliance, business process management, and office space solutions. Various brands under the Narayan Bhargava Group are N.S. Bhargava & Co., Calibehr Business Support Services, MyBranch Services & Narayan Bhargava Foundation. Lonavala based, Kalpana Chawla Space Academy is a CSR initiative by the group under Vidya Niketan Education Trust, supported by the Narayan Bhargava Foundation.
Kushal Bhargava
Director
Kushal Bhargava, a Director at Narayan Bhargava Group, earned his Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI, Mumbai in 2007, specializing in Treasury. He also holds a Master's in Commerce from Mumbai University.
Over the past decade, Mr. Kushal has propelled the group to new heights with dynamic and innovative business strategies, particularly in operations and finance. His meticulous attention to detail and expertise in devising strategic roadmaps played a pivotal role in expanding brands under NBG, nationwide. Under his diligent leadership, a robust core team with a growth-oriented mindset was established, dedicated to achieving ongoing success.
Previously, Mr. Bhargava was affiliated with the prominent CA firm M/s. Aneja Associates, contributing to their Treasury Management practice.
Nishtha Malaviya
Director
Nishtha Malaviya serves as a Director at Narayan Bhargava Group and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Since 2013, she has held various roles within the group. A natural leader and strategic thinker, Ms. Nishtha has pioneered key business initiatives fostering a high-performance culture.
Leveraging her networking skills and growth-centric strategies, she has restructured sales and marketing processes, notably driving Calibehr's transformation into a nationwide business solutions provider, achieving unprecedented growth and profitability.
Previously, she led the internal audit team at Reliance in retail and worked as a Management Consultant at Universal Consultants (a part of the LEK Group), focusing on corporate strategy and operational enhancement for client companies.
